Aerial Surveying is the completion of surveys using drone technology. A map is created in the form of a 3-D point cloud which illustrates the features in the area very clear manner. Where 3-D modelling using drones is most useful is in areas that are inaccessible or impossible to capture using traditional survey methods. Outputs possible from such a survey include but are not limited to the following.
